How your print is shipped:
Prints come tightly rolled and shipped in a triangular kraft box to ensure safe delivery and avoid using plastic caps. In several locations, we use stay-flat envelopes for posters in size 8" × 10".
Key steps to unrolling your Print:
Unroll carefully: Lay the print, down on a clean, flat surface. Make sure to unroll it slowly and gently to avoid creating creases. If the image is facing upwards, you can use the tissue paper the print came with for protection.
Apply weight evenly: Place heavy objects like books, magazines, or plates across the entire poster, ensuring they are distributed evenly on the corners and center.
Let it sit: Allow the poster to remain underweight for several hours or overnight, depending on the paper's thickness and how curled it is.

Returned and Exchanges:
Since items are made-to-order, We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at brandymasch@gmail.com
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at brandymasch@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you.

I do have a select few prints available at my studio, but all prints purchased directly through my online store are printed and shipped directly by a print-on-demand print house, so they cannot be picked up at the studio.
