    All original paintings are final sale. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, and once sold, cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Please review the images, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, or would like more photos or information, please contact me at: brandymasch@gmail.com

     

    Shipping:  

    All originals are carefully packaged and shipped from Kelowna, BC. Packaging includes foam, protective wrap, protective corners, and sturdy cardboard to ensure your artwork arrives safely. 

    Shipments are insured and require a signature upon delivery. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders. 

    Shipping rates included packaging, insurance, and handling costs. For International orders, please contact me for a shipping quote at: brandymasch@gmail.com

     

    Damaged or Lost During Shipping:

    In the rare event of damage or loss during transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork. We will help file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue. 

     

    Collector Assurance:

    Every painting is original, varnished and ready to display. All original artwork comes with a signed certificate of authenticity. Your purchase supports independent art-making and ensures the continued creation of my one-of-a-kind storytelling pieces.

  • Local Buyers (Pick-up)

    Original Artwork:

    If you're in the Okanagan, you can purchase original paintings online and pick them up at my studio. No shipping required! Just select pick up at checkout. You're also welcome to visit my studio in person to view the artwork before purchasing it.

    Prints Pick Up:

    I have a select few prints available in my studio, but all prints purchased through my website are printed and shipped directly by a print house, so they cannot be picked up at the studio. 

  • U.S and International Buyers.

    Original Artwork:

    At the moment, my website only handles sales and shipping of Original paintings within Canada. But if you're outside of Canada and interested in one of my original paintings, just drop me a message at: Brandymasch.gmail.com.  I'll get back to you with shipping options, costs, and an estimated delivery time.  Shipping internationally can vary depending on your location, but I'll make sure your artwork is carefully packaged and arrives safely. I'm happy to work with you to make it as smooth as possible!

     

    International Buyers. (U.S.)

    All U.S. shipments include required customs documentation. Original artwork is generally duty-free under USMCA.  Any customs brokerage fees or additional duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
